When you use this service, we collect: (a) information you provide directly — name, email, phone number, school, target firm, and the contents of your uploaded CV; (b) technical/usage data collected automatically via analytics tools (see Section 4); and (c) payment-related information you provide for Premium Report purchases (we do not collect or store your card/bank details directly — transfers are made independently via your banking app).
We use your data to: generate your CV score and feedback using automated AI-based analysis; contact you about your report or premium purchase; improve our scoring methodology; and understand site usage through analytics.
To operate the service, limited data is shared with trusted service providers acting on our behalf, including: AI processing providers (to generate your CV score and written feedback); cloud storage and workflow automation providers (to securely log and manage submissions); email delivery providers (to send your report and related communications); and web analytics and user-experience tools (to understand site usage and improve our service, using anonymized or aggregated data where possible). Some of these providers may process data on servers located outside Vietnam as part of their standard global operations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
This site uses web analytics and session-behavior tools to understand how visitors use the site (e.g., pages viewed, buttons clicked, anonymized interaction patterns for UX improvement). These tools may use cookies or similar technology. No CV content is used for advertising purposes.
We retain your submission data (including CV text) for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, respond to support requests, and maintain business records, after which it may be deleted or anonymized.
Depending on applicable law (including Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Decree), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
We take reasonable technical measures (such as encrypted connections and access-controlled storage) to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
This service is intended for university students and working professionals. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
